WSWS makes equivalent the racism of the White oppressor with that of his victim, by calling his actions "Heinous". This is overtly reflects the upper middle class privilege and cowardice of those pseudo Marxists Whites who dominate the Socialist Equality party. It is obvious that this incompetent and parasitic party pays the price of its existence with this kind of service to the capitalist system. Only the racism of the oppressor is unredeemable and unforgivable and truly "Heinous". Blacks who have never had their day in the Sun, as have the Zionists, have legitimate rights towards extremism that all slaves have against their masters.
To expect someone awakening to the understanding of the class struggle to immediately possess the sophistication that race is tool of the system that divides the Working class is absurd. The SEP with all its decades of study and participation in reformist politics, is unable to show solidarity with any sector of the Working class, irrespective of race. If it cannot organize workers how do they expect Micah Xavier Johnson, an Afghan war veteran, to make that vast ideological leap by himself. Mr Johnson did not seek to kill Whites for the color of their skin, but White Cops, who are clearly a vital component of the racist capitalist system. His White Mother-in-law posted her admiration and love for her step son, before the his mass shooting. This is something that SEP failed to mentioned when they attached that cruel epithet of heinous to Mr Johnson. Whose murders had at least given pause to the thousands of cops who beat, rob and murder the people they are supposed to protect.
The SEP defends White cops the same way it defends Bourgeois pedophiles like Woody Allen and Roman Polanski by misusing class analysis to create reactionary classes that make no sense to anybody remotely progressive. The class of White policemen is not the same as that of White people. Denying due process to workers is not the same thing as doing the same to wealthy capitalists. The job of Marxists and their parties is to defend the interests of the Working class, individual workers and rejoice in the self destruction of the capitalist ruling class.
SEP never addresses particulier grievances of extreme exploitation of minorities or even the majority in the Working class, if the female class is to be considered. For both would upset the SEP deep roots in this upper middle class, who share in the benefits of this exploitation.
The false equivalence between billionaire Woody Allen due process failures are even exaggerated as he has suffered nothing more then professional embarrassment. Woody did not need the SEP's help, his billions and billionaire fellow capitalists protected him. SEP fails to address the history of abuse of female comrades, which occurred even in Lenin's party although of a far less grievous variation, during his lifetime and much worse after he died.
We need to acknowledge, redress and correct these crimes against the most vulnerable sectors of the Working class not just for historical redresses, but because they occur today. This ideological sweeping under rug on the grounds of the necessity of class solidarity is a red herring. Perhaps this tactic had some value on the verge of a 1917 revolution, but it is an active determinant against developing class solidarity today. The SEP is effectively doing the opposite of what it purposely for. I think that this is no accident.
SEP would have Blacks, women, etc... come crawling on their hands and knees carrying hundreds of Marxists books on their back to serve as cannon fodder for their White male Marxist leadership. Not that the SEP does not have its own Obama, Joseph Kishore, who is almost White.

Note: That Black Socialist Nationalists, (like that of the SWP, RCP etc.. ), take the opposite stance while still using class analysis to justify their racism. They actively seek to alienate Black workers in absurd racialist parties in which even the best of the White working class are second class citizens. Only they, unlike Mr Johnson are educated in the Marxist paradigm who are supposedly able to efficiently and properly conduct the class struggle. Mr Johnson's sacrifice was wasted as it was not clearly connected to the Working class. A better political position would have for him to shoot a Black cop who killed Blacks in order to further his or her own selfish interests. This act could have communicated to the entire Working class of Mr Johnson real motivation of obtaining justice. Of course as the struggle matured, the focus has to be on White male cops, etc.... There are other targets that are more important. But these targets reveal themselves with a historical dialectical process.
