Regarding the dubious value of celebrating Judicial victories for Workers

Court rulings that have the smell of being progressive are a red herring. They are designed to mislead the working class to believe the illusion that the judicial path is a fruitful path to take. One can easily research just how often are these lower court rulings overturned by higher courts, the Congress or just the dictates of the Imperial Presidency. 99% of the law lies in who enforces the law.

Remember the Time Andrew Jackson Decided to Ignore the Supreme Court In the Name of Georgia’s Right to Cherokee Land. President Jackson responded to the ruling as follows:

“John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it.”

Those are the famous words uttered by President Andrew Jackson in relation to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall’s 1832 decision in Worcester v. Georgia to strike down a Georgia law that imposed regulations on the comings and goings of white people in Native American land.

Its just a matter of time. The few years of delusional rights is hardly worth the cost in our educating the Working class into understanding that the only permanent and real path to justice is a revolutionary one.

The US is no infant capitalist state looking to fulfill its progressive role in a feudal World, but the most reactionary Capitalist state on the planet. One that is serving as a World policeman enforcing the dictates of the most wealthy, sophisticated and ruthless capitalist class in history.

There is no need to add to the static which is already filling proletariat ear with these Pyrrhic victories.
