López Obrador hired former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani to craft a zero-tolerance policy that would help reduce escalating crime in Mexico City.

Giuliani salary was paid for by Obrador's boss Carlos Slim who was during 2010 to 2013, ranked as the richest person in the world. As of June 2018, he is the seventh-richest person in the world according to Forbes' listing of The World's Billionaires with a net worth estimated at $61.3 billion.[1] He is the richest man in Mexico.[6]
In 2008 Slim took a 6.4% stake valued at $27 million in the troubled New York Times Company, as the global recession and declining advertising revenues took a particularly heavy toll on print-based "old media" companies across the United States.[19] Slim increased his stake to 8% by 2012.[38] Slim's stake in the Times increased again to 16.8% of the company's Class A shares on January 20, 2015 when he exercised stock options to purchase 15.9 million shares, making him the largest shareholder in the company.
So Mr Slim is our boss as well.
Do we need to know anything more about Obrador?
We should be building parties, unions and Soviets. Electoral politics should only be used as propaganda. Winning office is about the worst thing that could happen to a revolutionary party. You are far more likely to corrupted in a bourgeois political institution then entering a bordello with the world's most attractive prostitutes.
